How it works

Simple Rules, No Surprises

Rollover Policy
If you don't use a visit in a given month, it carries forward to the following month automatically. It won't stack beyond that — use it next month or it expires.
Example: You have 2 visits in November and only use 1. That 1 rolls to December giving you 3 total. Unused extras in December expire — they don't roll to January.
Billing & Cancellation
Memberships are billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel anytime with 7 days notice before your next billing date. No contracts, no penalties, no hassle.
Your rate is locked the day you join. Even if walk-in prices increase, your member rate stays the same as long as you stay active.
Priority Booking
Members get first access to appointment slots. Weekly members have a dedicated slot held for them each week — your barber, your time, every week.
If your regular slot becomes unavailable, you'll be the first contacted with alternatives before it opens to the public.
How to Join
Click "Join This Plan" on any tier above, enter your details, and your membership starts immediately. You'll receive a confirmation email with everything you need.
